What to do with Trademark names if you've registered them?

I registered a few Trademark domains early on, thinking I would take the risk of playing in the dark side. I decided I really didn't want to do that, and now I'm not sure...should I just let them expire, or throw some stuff up to monetize them until the expiration or I get a cease and desist letter? Some I've owned a couple of years and no bad has come, but I'm getting a bit nervous for some reason.

You have ever reason to be nervous since there have been cases when some registrars like GoDaddy locked the WHOLE account with all the domains in it because of one single offending domain.

If you don't care about losing those particular domains, here's what I'd recommend that you (and as a matter of fact, it is what I do) -- create a few new account on your registrar and push your trademark domains on those. Put fake whois info but keep a email account that you check regularly. Push your tm domains to those accounts and then park them - make whatever money you can.

If you get a c&d, just ignore it and let them take the domain without worrying about your good domains. The worst that can happen to you is that you lose your domain and you are already prepared for that. However, DO NOT try to sell the domain in public. That can open a can of worms for you.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
