What will cause the Adwords Quality Score to drop

Their economist on youtube talks about CTR (biggest impact), then ad relevance (moderate) and lp quality (lowest). Don't know what to believe.

my CTR was between 0.7% and 0.9% for the good keywords. the others did not get any clicks, as the impressions were too low. When I look around I hear abot CTR of 0.3% being a good thing...

for facebook 0.3% is ok, but for search thats pretty bad.
I just started a new search campaign and am getting consistant 10-20% ctr.

I think you should aim for a minimum of 2% on search
Just work on your ads and keywords and you should be able to improve it alot.

This statement means very little as CTR is relative to position and position is relative to bid & QS. So you can't tell someone what CTR to aim for. it means nothing as it will vary by position and niche.

You should aim for a cost per conversion that generates you a net profit. Once you do that work on optimizing further to get the most out of your goals (ROAS or net profit or whatever your goals are.)
