If he doesn't like how his manager treats him, talk to the AM or just go to a different network. What is he going to do? "Out" the network and be like "they didn't meet up with me boo fucking whoo." And if he really cared he would do something, not whine on blogs like a 6th grade girl.

6 figures while it sounds good could mean at little as 5-10k gross profit for the network over 6 months that shit ain't that much.
Still it sounds bad if they wouldn't even set a meeting and keep it that's just bad business. I had trouble reading this though cause it's all hypothetical and shit with no specifics.

Honestly, I don't think any networks should treat affiliates like shit. I personally work with only a select few networks and they treat me great, even one of the network owners - who makes a shit load more than most people I know. That's why they have such a great reputation. That network btw is A4D.

I think it's a fairly simple solution. Business is all about relationships, and if you have a strained relationship, it's not going to work, especially for a relationship that is via email, IM, or phone 95% of the time. If this guy is pushing 6 figures per month or year, he should be pushing it to either networks that will take care of him, or he should be going direct.
That's such BS I wouldn't take that for a second and would have caught on to how much my AM didn't give a shit within the first few days of working together.
