If you had extra 10K / 100K / 1M dollars for your online affiliate marketing efforts, where would you put it?

Would you distribute the money over several categories? in what proportions?

We are starting a capital fund to invest in small to medium, high ROI affiliate marketers using a new and unique investment structure. The fund is looking to learn about financing needs of affiliates that have a monthly volume of 5K-500K and high growth potential.

If you wish to learn about our financing methods and build the road to potential future investment, send me a note or mark that in your reply.

You wouldn't do the same thing with extreme different amounts of money. The disparity of $5k vs $500k is too large, there is no definition or criteria about anything you wrote so your thread sucks balls because of that.

serious post:

This idea is doomed to fail. Why? Because anyone who is doing any kind of significant volume (100k/mo+) is doing so because they have superb control over their cash flow. When it comes to scaling campaigns (read: making more money), your job as an affiliate marketer is to bridge the gap between Net 7 payments and Net 3 costs (in the case of adwords), or even bigger disparities in media buys. Once you have mastered that there is really no limit to how high you can scale.

My point is, these successful affiliates do not need a loan to help them. They have great credit and cash flow and unless they are in a real pinch a loan is just unnecessary overhead.

I've never taken any loans from anyone. Why? People are not willing to give big loans without high interest that will damage the profitability. EWA is all internally capitalized through me and my partners CPA advertising efforts since 04'.

I still fund all my buys internally. I do have end-of-month billing with several ad agencies that I use. It makes like easier.
