Whats the deal with FB? My traffic has been stopped for days!

Old approved ads that are resubmitted are auto-approved. So if you have low CTR theoretically you could run it for 30 min, pause, resubmit, run again for 30 min... rinse and repeat.

Lots of work tho, and not worth it in most cases.

I just tried this, and my creative went back to "pending review". Am I missing something here?

All of my accounts are either $1k/day or over the $1k limit except for my most recent one. But that doesn't seem to have anything to do with getting an ad auto-approved because its limit is $250/day and I rarely see an ad that gets disapproved. All I do is if it does get disapproved I change the title and text by one or two words, pause the campagin itself, resubmit, and poof, it just works. Maybe the pausing it has something to do with it, but thats the only thing I can really think of.

Also I tend to start off bidding kinda high to get my ctr up. As soon as my ctr hits the .10% mark I lower the bid a lot to something I'm more comfortable paying to still get at least a 3:1 ratio of my ROI. I see a lot of you talking about much lower CTR's, and I think you need to play around with the bid pricing more from the start, rather than from tweaking nonstop. Once you hit your desired CTR, then just lower the bid price, and leave it alone to do its job and just go on to the next campaign.

Quick question Jon,

How much do you lower it say I am hitting .1% ctr and I achieved it by .25 a click.

Can you lower it say down to .15 and still achieve the same traffic?

What is the minimum you can decrease without compromising traffic if you hit high ctr?

I am sure the impression system in place is standard across all of the ads at certain ctr and the lowest bid it will accept to give same traffic.

Please advise.

That's not true. I've resubmitted ads I've had running for a month with no changes and they got rejected, go figure.

I don't get it. I clicked "Create a Similar Ad" on an ad that is currently running, didn't change anything, and the ad is pending review.
How do I get them insta-approved?

Weird that it doesn't work for you guys. I can even place the newly created ads into a separate campaign, and it starts off running.

You don't change the ad at all... if it gets changed, obviously it will need to be reapproved.

@tainted, please enlighten us with a screenshot

Whenever I recreate my running ads it goes to pending review.
