Positive changes in the industry will bring about the great offers.
I'd like to see proactive networks approach reputable manufacturers with great products and bring them into the CPA world. the network would be responsible for setting up the landing pages, creatives, back end etc. while the manufacturer focuses on their brand and products.
Ruck from C2M talked about this in his interview with Wes. This makes the network more like traditional, full service ad agencies of the past. It's happening and hopefully it gets bigger.
I'd like to see a revolution in online project management where affiliates (optionally) can specialize, create virtual agencies and distribute the wealth based on involvement and performance, not the bullshit hierarchy of a traditional company. affiliates need to be working on what they excel at. there are gifted programmers, creative people, media buyers etc. wasting their talent by getting involved in too many tasks, many they aren't good at. there must be a way to retain our independence as affiliates yet be able to be part of a bigger picture when we see fit.
RunByAffiliates is attempting to do something like this. It's a lofty goal and very hard to implement so that it works out fairly for the parties involved. In my eyes, it is a fantastic concept that that needs ample time to mature.
