Either way, look up the histories of the owners(Scott Richter, Wallace Sanford) on G...you'll see they're no stranger to law suits. I'm willing to bet they have a badass legal team on retainer.

Lmao, I just read the Wiki article on Scott Richter. Its amusing! haha

No you can't. Shut up.

Actually yes you can sue them. They canceled me about six months ago, I had my attorney write them a letter and then call them. It took about 2 months but I got my money. If you do something against there tos, they have to prove it. In my case they simply stated that they though my traffic came from a social site, when in fact it came from one of my sites. I was ready to sue them and take them to court. My attorney said we had a great case. So yes you can sue them.

They folded before we filled suite and payed me and my attorney. They are no different then if they were a business, not located on the net, hiring to advertise their product and paying you a commission.

They bank on a lot of kids or younger people just laying down and not doing anything. Remember if a company is in America they can be sued.

I'm not sure how good the zips/email offers are anymore as I don't really use them, but if they are getting worse as you say, maybe it could be the fact that people maybe cheating and therefore the advertisers are getting more stricter on what offers they use to promote their products/services.

Not sure if I'm right though, but know that many fraudulent leads come from incentivizable offers, which is the reason for the decrease in those.

Edu email submit

I've been running inctentaclick's ipod touch one for a little while. That one is currently the best performer for me. It seems like most affiliate networks are getting rid of their zip submit campaigns.

I have a good EDU email submit offer on my network paying pretty high right now. Only catch is it's for email traffic only. PM me if you want to take a look at it.
