Where can I find a kick ass affiliate manager for a service product?

I am looking for an affiliate manager to create, launch and manage our affiliate program. Huge potential, great sales so far.

Will most likely be using infusionsoft, but need to find a good manager to get the word out. Target audience = real estate appraisers

I put an ad on Problogger for an affiliate partner and got a couple of decent hits, but wasn't really the best return. I heard good things about the Five Star Affiliate Programs community, but haven't really been there enough to know first hand. Might be worth a shot though.
