Where do I find affiliates I want to market for?

I know this is a real NOOB question but I am developing a finance site for students.

Example: I would want to sell Forbes/ Wall street Journal subscriptions on my site.

Where would I go to add those and review CPR payouts?

I appreciate the help in advance.
