Where do you first go to for link building?

I want to know where people first go to for link building, not anything specific, but if your building links for a bunch of general websites wher would you go to?

I'll start off, that I would usually post in a forum, presuming my goal was to get indexed by google quickly that is.

Indexing the site. After that, ONPAGE SEO. Wait for 2-3 days. Start building links via blog commenting on high PR pages

Social Bookmarking (not more than 30 per day)
Web 2.0 Backlinks (approx 10)
Blog commenting (only in High PR sites)
Around 2000-3000 Directory Submission (as for the myth)
Xrumer Blast
Squidoo Wiki Interlinking (for targeted keywords)
