where is a good place to sell a website?

i have a project i have been working the past 7 months, it makes some money - around $900-1000 net profit a month, but i got tiered of it did a lot of SEO on it got him to first pages and so on.

but i now realize with my free time i can do better.

my question is anyone have an idea where is a good place to sell a website ?

I've got a site that we are currently trying to move for 6 figures, so I have been doing the flippa, site auctions, dealing with potential buyers for a few weeks now.

So...been dealing with all the ups and downs for a while now.

I actually just put together a quick chapter for a new ebook, specifically about selling on flippa. It's just general and more for newbs, but I can pass it onto you if you would like.
