Where to hire proficient PHP coders in the US

Can anyone provide a source where I can start scouting for some concrete PHP developers in the US? I am open to hiring inhouse or even external candidates.

You could try grabbing some college grads from a local campus as full time employees. Theres lots of good coders around some campuses and they are willing to work hard and somewhat cheaply.
