If using Microsoft AdCenter, use a Mastercard and register for Easy Savings (3% back). Amex Gold Rewards offers 2x points on ad spend, also. But otherwise, my favorite card is the Starwood Amex for Business - great bang for your buck on hotel point redemption.

If you are India - get citibank Jet Airways card. When I used to live in india that is how I rolled... free air miles and upgrade vouchers.

Still haven't found a good card in EU yet - but Amex's dollar card might be an option.
