Which website name to buy

So I've been searching keywords for an exact name website I want to buy.

Here is how I search (tell me if it's wrong). And which keyword would be better to buy.

For both I used the google keyword tool

Keyword A has 9900 global and 6600 local.

But when I search the term in google with quotes it says about 160000 websites use the term.

Keyword B has 5400 global and 2900 local

When I search the term in google with quotes it says about 40000 websites use the term.

Which one would be easier to generate more traffic?

Go ahead and laugh at me, I learned this method to search for valuable keywords from nicheprofitclassroom.

First of all make sure that you have selected "exact match" when searching for keywords. If you did so, I will go for the first keyword.
Also you should have studied your competition with "intitle" and "inurl" also

Check out SerpIQ.com or MarketSamurai. It depends on the quality of your competition. If it's 40,000 with half of them with tons of good quality backlinks, good quality content and a very high domain name than that'd be less attractive than 160,000 sites who have one of these.
