Who is the most tolerant registrar?

Hi,

I heard stories about godaddy "taking down" accounts/domains for variety of complaints (copyright/spamming/etc., no matter if they are true or fabricated).

Which registrar will be the most tolerant, is there one that will block my account only with court order/other extreme situation??
 


Moniker is far from what is referred to as "bullet proof", dn2.ru or almost any chinese registrar is probably better, especially for pharma and gambling stuff.

This.

Moniker is far better than GoDaddy or Namecheap (Godaddy has taken domains I own offline before and Namecheap has threatened to). Moniker is a lot more lenient than either of those sites but Russian/Chinese registrars are much better if you're doing sketchy stuff.
 
Now a days GoDaddy hosting service creating real trouble for their customers. The service losing their credibility among the customers. However, their domain service is secure to use with no complaints.
 
In my personal opinion every hosting service have some advantages and disadvantages. Although i think godaddy and hostgator are much better..
 
Katz Global. As long as you aren't breaking the law, they will not roll over on a domain without a court order or UDRP equivalent. If you are breaking the law, they are unlikely to roll over without either a court order or a formal inquiry from local authorities.
