my motivation? Not working for other motherfuckas. Self employment is the only employment. Hated when people told me what to do and worked my ass off building someone elses company. What about my shit? So i got laid off, collected unemployment, and am using that to fuel my company now.
My motivation is I got to wake up any time I want, not to be pressured to work on something I do not love doing.
I hate politics in any workplace. It makes me want to vomit to see people wanting to kiss the ass of their boss just to stay where they are.
I do not want to kiss anybody's ass not unless it's from a hot lover, lols.

Business is all about taking rest no matter whether it is offline or online. If you are not ready to take the risk then better take rest. There are few simple steps for starting business,
1. Market survey: see what is in or what you can easily sell.
2. Know your target audience: you should be aware of your target audience , their taste and likings.
3. Promotion and branding : Promote your business through proper advertising and branding. Create the website which is catches attention and provoke users to visit it again and again.
4. Market your product: Spread the word about your product through social media, ad and banners. Every business has USPs , come with your USPs which grabs consumers attention.
As a kick off , become an affiliate for hostgator and try to sell the web links and test yourself before going for big.

the first start is the hardest one...
luckily(?) at that time, i'm kinda bit in depressed mode because of money problem.., that make me able to focus on my internet business to get out of the situation, or else i might still employee by now lol...
