Why isnt my ad showing on GCN?

Sorry if this is a newb question, but I never used GCN and never used this new layout... prefer the old one.
Anyway Im doing GCN only started it about an hour ago and all my Keywords say the following:

Am I just not waiting long enough? No clicks so far.

Your ads might not be approved yet especially if they are image ads.

There not image ads. They said awaiting approval, now don't say that, they say the above.

That tool will always say "no" if you're only running on content, since that tool only checks the search network.
