Why Neverblue reps offline ?

Have you tried sending them an offline message? I have noticed to that sometimes the Neverblue AM's make themselves invisible on AIM. I would try and communicate with another AM if you can to get the help you need. Try going to affiliatepaying.com or another similiar site to retrieve more AIM names.

I haven't had a problem yet with my AM. Must be a reason for this.
