Okay still can't see the reason behind this one. I see alot of people bitchin on forums and blogs about their ads not being accepted during peak hours 'for the mad rush' so it seems.. Why? Is it literally just because people don't wanna wait a few more hours for there money? Surely, especially with social networking sites, then it may even be better to run them during off-peak hours as then whoever is online doesn't have as many people to speak with and should generally be more inclined to look at/buy something new or fill out some leads..?
And slightly off topic, does anyone know where I can find a list/website with the 'advertising rules' for different places around the world?
