I received yesterday from Earners Forum as a member their newsletter which was about "Mike Filsaime's Butterfly Marketing Manuscript" and that I can buy a copy for a special price of $97! You can find their offer here as promoted:
getbutterfly.com

Do you believe that this offer has any (great) value for you?
Personally, I don't believe in ebooks and only the person selling the ebook get rich by fools buying this crappy shit! Or is it maybe me & I am wrong!?

What annoyes me is that a reputable person like Lee Dodd is promoting this stuff to his forum members. He also knows that this kind of ebooks promises everything, but delivers nothing! Why not promoting things through their newsletters which has value for forum members!! Are we not here to improve our knowledge, find ways to make money online, etc. without false hope!?
Again, maybe I am wrong and "Mike Filsaime's Butterfly Marketing Manuscript" has incredible value & will boost our revenues greatly! Well, if that's the case I will definitely buy this ebook today!!

:)

There are some good e-books out there, maybe 1 of 1000. And ye, I did get that newsletter too. And I'm as confused as you for sure. :hollering:

It's all about money baby!

I know... and I am OK with that, but don't promote useless stuff through a forum where people come to gather useful information, find new ideas, etc. But that's my opinion though!

Integration marketing and how I spent 10 minutes with just a few partners and how you can use the same ideas as me. The profits in the 1 strategy can be used to pay your Mortgage Payment and BMW Lease!

You know with a cheezy sales letter like that -- I have hard time convincing myself to shell out 100 bucks on it.

BTW, I had edited my post to be a bit more clear about what I wanted to say. ;)

I was pretty shocked to see it too. In fact, the funnier part was that my spam filter picked it up first!

I was kinda suprised by this too, but I didn't mind too much because Lee has given away a lot of good information in the past. I can let a little promotion slide.

He was either paid a lot of money to do it, or he's getting points from each sale. Either way, in my opinion, BAD judgement call. If more of these show up, then say hello to a rival for the Warrior Forums, not SPF or DP.

Anyone want to take bets on how many days it is before he plugs the rich jerk?

Personally, I can't stand reading ebooks, I tend to fall asleep. Besides, I thought that's what P2P networks were for & that's ebooks.

The only ebook that has ever made sense to me was Aaron Walls SEOBook. He updates it regularly, can be considered an expert on the subject of SEO by example and practice, and you buy it once and lifetime updates are free - huge benefit in an everchanging industry.

As for all the crap "Here's how I marketed and made $XXX,XXX" books out there, I'm better off reading forums. I can participate, give and get free advice, and it doesn't give a fathead more money for useless info.

I never got it. But then again, I had the foresight to uncheck "Receive e-mails from administrators" when I signed up :) Because you will never need those anyhow :P

Must admit I checked it out cuz it was from Lee

But when I saw the "scroll forever" affiliate sales page I closed it immediatly..

I hate those.

Not all eBooks are bad, SEOBook is the money! Although I didnt know much about SEO so the book was helpfull to me.
