Ok heres the plan -

I am using ppv to target an offer to a celebs website.

I have custom creative rather than just popping the offer in the pop up window.

The creative features said celeb and has a few lines of text like "OMGZ I love ringtones/grants/berriez"

Because the banner is hosted on one of my sites it will be easily traceable should someone feel the need to rip me a new one.

So question is - How much shit could I get it for this? Also any work arounds?

When you say "banner" you talking about just a single image? Or a traditional PPV html LP?

Smaxor - more worried about legal issues that the site / celeb might have. I've checked with the nw and they dont have an issue.

it needs to be hosted to provide a click through to the offer page. So I will have to put it on one of my domains

I wouldn't worry about it. The only people that will see the creative are the ones who installed some adware on their computers. They probably can't even figure out why they get pop ups, how are they going to trace you? Know what I mean?
