Wordpress.com XML-RPC and PHP

Just a quick question, has anyone seen any decent documentation or any tutorials on making posts to wordpress.com using xml-rpc? All my searches pull up what i deem to be irrelevant results.

Just to clarify, im talking wordpress.com hosted blogs rather than anything i have control over. I realise everything cant be configured with xml-rpc, but its a start.

I assume hosted blogs and independent blogs are going to work the same. Let me know if you find something, I'm interested in this as well.

where are the probs? just tell me, its really simple to hack it...
