I haven't used fantastico in awhile, so I could be wrong but in the past it hasn't worked properly with automatic wordpress updates (meaning you have to install updates manually or use fantastico to install the latest update. Fantastico generally takes 1-2 days before you can install the latest update using them).
As I said, I haven't used fantastico since wordpress 1.4x so the issue may be resolved now.
Obviously not everybody's hosting has fantastico either.
I bought the $97 version of the service. I will use the dchuk:cool-smiley-008: template.

Speed: Everything was done quickly. The site was up maybe took 2 days including me raising the space. The content up in the next 2 days. I would of been the slow up if there was one, he was on top of everything.
Communication: All communication was clear and precise.
Price: It's starting to be worth the 100 bucks.
Quality: For the 100 bucks - absolutely worth it.
Overall Review: I didn't have a good idea of what I wanted going in to this with tencentpiece. I am pleasantly surprised. I have only given the site a quick going over reading the articles and the pages that are up. A glance at the source/plugins. Right now I feel like it is a good deal. I needed a site up quick, about 4 days it was there and looking decent.
I am thinking how I an use a combination of the $47 and $97 packages in the future.

BTW, if you want to view the rest of the content it's actually in your wordpress control panel already. It's just being dripped out at 2 articles per day so it looks a bit more natural. (You can of course change that or ask me to change it for you).

Well we all orders get done within 7 business days, but my workload is a light little now so it should probably get done in around 72 hours.
Everybody who has asked for a sample has one. I'm going to set up a new site and put it on a new server and just post the minisite in the next 7 days or so, that way people can get a better idea of the quality.

I'll use the general reviewing format followed by some personal observations...But overall, I must say I am happy.
Speed: This was so so. The reason I say this is because I had to follow up and the review was a little lost...but as soon as I contacted him, it was up in a jiffy. So I would give him a 3.5/5 on this because the time in between was really only like 2 days or so before I contacted him.
Communication: He gets a 5/5 for communication. He touched base with me when the site was up...when the content was up...etc. I always appreciate the open line of communication from sellers.
Price: 5/5 is earned for this. For what I got from this service on a domain that would still be on my shelf with 0 content and 0 indexing, I would say price is set right. I was looking for a service like this around the 60-75 dollar range, but where he comes through is the design and amount of content. You are getting 10 articles!!! And if you provide your own content, it's less than $50...Nice!
Quality: 4.7. The only part I was a little disappointed on was the quality of the content. I shouldn't have expected a perfect article, especially with my niche...but I write for a newspaper, so what do you expect Overall, I'd say, to have 10 articles with content related to your kw's, time stamped to be published a couple times a week for a few weeks is pretty good.
The design however was great! I've paid $25 for a logo that was a lot less quality than what he came up with. Very pleased with it!!
Overall Review: I would give his overall score a 4.8. Again, I am EXTREMELY happy with my logo, header, organization, design, keywords and topics of articles of the site. He used a design that I have on a couple of sites, but he arranged it in a way that made sense. I made a few changes to meet my needs, but i could have just left it to drive itself for a few weeks.
Would I recommend it? YES! I think he'll be busy setting up a lot of sites. I have about 3 that I'll be ordering from him after this review.
