i have been searching around for a wordpress plugin but i am not able to find it so hence here is where i am.

What i would desire the WP plugin to do is, handle a dynamic linking strategy in hopes to boost the PR of specific wordpress blogs. The current linking structure of wordpress does not properly allocatea strategic linking structure.

so if anything is out there that will handle this effectivley, please let me know

You change the linking structure for wordpress in the permalink section. You can make the links have page names rather than numbers.

I think he may of been referring more to something along the lines of a related posts plugin so he can get more of a deep-linking structure throughout the blog, try something like this.

He may mean that, but i read it more along the lines of something to make sure posts have only one url. On 99% of WP installations a post can be read on many urls

for example, (assuming its setup as %category%/%post_name%/)
/ (home)
/category1/
/category2/
/category3/
etc
/category1/postname/
/?s=search

etc etc. which is pretty unhandy really in terms of seo. i don't know of a plugin to help though. if thats even what you're talking about. i just either - don't care, or if i do on some blogs i make sure to only show the full article on /categoryname/postname/.
