What's your ratio on the work being put towards your business?

I won't lie. My outsourcing vs work is at a 80/20 ratio. That's even giving the thought that looking for outsourcing is an effort towards work.

I think I only keep keywords to myself these days lol.

Do you outsource coding though? I find it's very hard to find good coders who know what they're doing and it takes as long to explain what you want done than do it yourself. I outsource all creatives and graphic work.

it depends on the job if I want to outsource code. If it's complex I do it myself.
