Im just wondering if theres any worth for a .info domain that has 301,000 global monthly search volume.

domain: coloncleansing dot info

its got a decent value on it. The "colon cleansing" is a subkeyword but gets bout 40k-70k searches/month. On that if you ranked you could do some pretty decent conversions for about 2-4 conversion/day at $35/conversion which is a pretty good turn over rate. So a site in that position with that domain would be worth about $10k. The domain itself is about a 1/10th of that but since its a .info which is probably the worst tld for an exact match its probably worth about 1/20th instead.

If I was interested i'd roughly pay about $500 for it. So like I said its got a decent value.

Unfortunately for you its on a trend keyword. So the longer you sit on it the less its worth. So if you get a reasonable offer for it take it. Don't be like other idiots and keep holding out thinking the offers will only get better the longer you wait.

Domain value is all about perception. If you really want to pimp it, become a regular at Adage.com, posting comments everyday. Talk about how valuable it is, the seo benefits, yada, yada.

Find the CMO of a Fortune 500 who believes it as anything below 6 figures is consider sofa change.

Spend a couple of hundred for a press release at PRWEB, get on some podcasts. Not that shitty free PR stuff. Try Jack Humphrey's publicist - she aint cheap but she'll give it exposure.

This is a no-brainer for an end user but trying to sell it anyplace else would yield low, roi - IMHO.
