you have a -1 itrader saying you're a bad writer, and aren't giving reviews.... how about you post an article you've written or at least justify your -1 itrader. I'd prefer to see a sample article posted in the thread though.

Why Fax To Email Service Is Useful

Many times fax machines can be slow and bothersome. You also have to make sure that you have a phone line hooked up to it at all times. One way you can get around the tediousness of the fax machine is to use a fax to email service. Why is a fax to email service useful? It’s useful because you are able to receive faxes even if you are not near your stationary fax machine. You could be halfway across the world and receive the fax via email. If you work for a big business and do not want to discontinue receiving faxes, but are annoyed with the setbacks that fax machines are notorious for, a fax to email service would most likely be a wonderful solution for you. There are many companies that will provide a fax to email service for you for a low monthly price. The following two companies will all fit this criterion. eFax is a company that provides the exact service described above. With eFax, you will get a special phone number so that you can receive your faxes by email. Just make sure that you tell of the people faxing you to change the phone number they have associated with you. In addition to the special new phone number you’ll get, you will also get 130 pages of faxes sent to your email. Each page over the 130 limit is only $.15 more. eFax charges $16.95 a month for this service, but if you pay for a year when you sign up, the price per month you will pay is only $14.13. If you don’t think that 130 pages of faxes is enough for you, eFax also has a pro plan. This plan will get you 200 pages of faxes a month. This plan will cost you $19.95 a month if you pay by the month, but if you pay in full each year, you will only pay $18.34. RingCentral is another company that can provide you with a fax to email service. Like with eFax, you will get a special number for your fax machine so that it can send it to your email. RingCentral will also provide you with free fax software so that you can send a fax from your computer. The big different between eFax and RingCentral is the pricing. RingCentral boasts significantly lower prices. Their cheapest plan starts at $7.99 a month. With this, you will get 500 pages of faxes a month. RingCentral also offers a service at $19.99 a month for 1000 pages of faxes. Their most industrious fax to email plan is 2500 pages of faxes for $49.99 a month. I hope that you now know more about how cheap and easy it is to get your faxes sent to your email. With the cheapest service at just $7.99 a month, this will service will pay for itself just by cutting down on paper cost, let alone the increased flexibility it will give you and your company.

What Is IVR Used For?

Ever since IVR was invented in the 1960s, it has been a big hit. IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response. What it does is allow people to talk to an automated system over the phone without having to press any numbers. This service is frequently used for companies that receive a high volume of calls everyday. You can tell that a company is using an IVR service if you are greeted with an automated voice and responding verbally to the computer is encouraged. Many companies use an IVR service because it is cost effective. An IVR service greatly reduces the number of customer service agents needed at any one time. Besides not having to offer workers' benefits to the IVR, the IVR is available to customers twenty-four-seven. IVR services also help the customers be more satisfied with their experience. This is because IVR services usually ask a number of questions before they will transfer you to a live agent. Because of this, customers are sorted into categories based on what they are calling for. Then callers can be transferred to a specific customer agent that deals specifically with the needs of a certain type of customer instead of many random needs. In the end, the customer will hey more helpful information from the customer service agent.

IVR services are used in many industries, including the cell phone industry, entertainment industry, airline industry, and car industry. IVR services are used in the cell phone industry by allowing them to pay their bill and resolve problems that they are having with their phone. In the entertainment industry, they are used frequently in TV shows where there is phone voting. IVR services are crucial to these shows because it would be impossible to do with just live agents since the sheer call volume would be too much. Airline industries will use an IVR service to allow customers to book flights and to get help. A new industry that has recently started using IVR services is the car industry. Many cars have been integrated to utilize IVR services so that people can say commands to their car instead of having to manually do it themselves. For example, a consumer could say "change the radio station" or "more air conditioning please". Besides being helpful to the customer, this service is also helpful to others because it will increase driver awareness since people will be paying more attention to the road instead of their radio.

While some people may not enjoy using an IVR system to communicate with a company and would rather speak to an actual person, it is also a known fact that without IVR services, a lot more stress would be put on the live agents on duty that day. And stressed out employees would make the customer the customer unsatisfied. Besides, if you wish to speak to a live agent, there is usually an option to do so. IVR services really have changed the way that we conducted business in America since it has increased customer satisfaction and also reduced costs.

Looks like the one who neg-repped laurencorral also provides content. And was recently looking to use writers too. Reseller maybe?
Your English isn't top-notch but isn't that bad although those articles could use better paragraphing. Can't complain for the price really.

Some people want the best for the cheapest. You always get such clowns.

Tip: No matter how badly treated you were by a client, never EVER reveal their niches or display their work without their permission.

Serious clients will never use writers who out their niches and work, no matter how good the writer is.

@zandor I agree. There are some clowns out there.

@nordie considering I never got paid for writing those articles (and more that I didn't post), I don't feel bad for doing it.

Good point Nordie - Laurencorral - your word you will not do that again?

Well just received another 1000+ word article from laurencorral - works for me! $5 for 1000 words - and decent to good quality (for the price) at that. I am very happy and will be sending more work to laurencorral.

Quality - good enough - see above example. Not for your top tier sites but for filler they are great. The one she just did for me is going on page one of a MFA site - it read well enough and it communicated the information well enough that any reader would have gained by reading it.

Price - Ummm.... 17% less ($0.10 per 100 words) than the closest competitor I could find. Not bad for similar quality. Actually it is excellent to save 17% - across a simple 5000 word site you pay $25 instead of $30 that buys some cheap bookmarking! I just read that sentance and I cannot believe how cheap I am - wow, pathetic really. But what is, is. The price is great!

Hi laurencorral. Do you have any news on the article rewrites that I ordered? (the 10 articles in the dogs niche).

Thanks.

I'm still waiting. On Sunday afternoon in my time zone you said my order would be ready the next day. It's now Wednesday morning in my time zone and I haven't seen anything. Keep us posted if things are going to be postponed please, otherwise we'll start thinking you're going to run off with the money.

@Bombastic I sent you an email and you didn't reply to me...

This was the text of your email:

Hey (Bombastic),
I just wanted to let you know that I'll have your articles done tomorrow for you.

Thanks,

Lauren

What kind of reply were you expecting? Just a reply saying "Ok" ? Your mail said the articles would be done, so I was waiting.
