Wronge Ads Showing up

I have a blog that I used fo one topic that I lost interest in. I have since changed to a topic that I know more about and have more of an interest in.

My question, whay are the adsense ads still coming up themed to the old topic, I have cleared the database and reinstalled wp and 5 days later I am still getting the old ads.

Any help would be great.
