Well, the title should say it all, but to clear things up: By "pharmacy related" website I mean a site that is about pharmacy but isn't a online pharmacy itself. So no rules are broken. The site is foreign (german) and needs stable links e.g. blog posts. I would like blog posts on high PR sites, but will also take normal ones.
If your service rocks, I am ready to pay +20% what your normal customers pay. You can check out the site beforehand if I think you are trustworthy.
If you are one of those that believe in the SEO myth that there is something like bad neighbourhood for certain niches... GTFO. It's simply not true.
