[WTB]Downloading reuploading youtube video service

I am looking for somebody who can download all the videos off youtube for a specific keyword, then reupload them keeping everything the same but adding a link to my website as well.

There should be a maximum of 10 videos per account. Let me know how much you would charge per video.
