I need to make a few million monthly queries to a service which only allows only 15 queries per minute and class-c net.
Anyone who can help me out here and provide a working solution?
The queries don't need to be fast - it's ok when there is some seconds delay.
Anyway, please don't suggest one of those "free proxy list" which are hardly working.
Sockets or web or anything else - shouldn't be a problem.
Budget is max 1000 USD per month, I expect 1 Class-C IP per 1$.
A valid bill for the taxman would be highly appreciated. Payment by wire or paypal.
If you can offer even more or only less, please shoot me a message anyway.
