Yahoo just killed all my zip submit campaigns. Editorial Status says
Promotes an unacceptable service: The collection of personally identifiable information to be used for consumer or promotional marketing, or related purposes. Examples include, but are not limited to, sites that offer free cards or consumer electronic products in exchange for completing an online offer or survey.
So basically, no zip submits. I expect this data collection bullshit from Google, but Yahoo?

Anyone else get this? Any way to get around this, or am I just unlucky that editors happened to scrutinize my campaigns?

I'm not sure what's going wrong. I figured yahoo would still be pretty lax as they should be trying to make as much money as they can.
 
Shoot em an email back simply stating

"Fuck you, I've moved all business to insert PPC company here, since you don't want my money."

The EXACT same thing happened to me. So then I made a landing page and started using that, and they stopped it also.

Yahoo fucking sucks balls.

Umm... They probably would just ignore your email. After all, what would you "insert" in that space you left? Google? Nope, doesn't allow zip submits. MSN? Traffic is low volume. Anything else? Traffic is shit.
 
Yeah, yahoo guys are stupid google fan boys, they just copy every google move but since they suck, their copy is usually 100x worst than the original. Tired of all those ppc engines with their fucking rules for a paying service and all the bullshit about the user experience.

So naive. PPC becomes more and more like payed SEO, that's it. Do you need to make a 1h30 movie to make a tv ad "relevant" and "improve the user experience" ? No way. But you do need (or will soon) content sites with tons of pages relevant and so on to put a 100 chars ad on a search engine. That's crazy. The whole QS idea was not bad but the implementation is completely stupid.
 
I've got a zip submit thats been running for a few days no problem, but my yahoo acct is pretty new and I'm not spending substantial money on it.

One issue that I can't believe I haven't seen anyone bitch about with YSM - their statistics delay totally sucks.

So far having good success, better traffic than adwords, no QS bullshit, but having to wait until the next day to see how ads are performing CTR wise sucks. Am I just being a moron or is it a new account thing? As of now my campaign will show 0 imps etc until about 24 hours later. Seems like they process at midnight eastern time or so.
