I'm close to finished up with my latest site, a do-it-yourself linkbuilding system which assists in the creation of premium social accounts of all sorts (blogging, sharing, bookmarking, video, ...). I need to hire 10-20 people in order to weather the product a bit, help populate the marketplace and get some valuable feedback. So the site is SocialBrandLinks.com and we aim to pick up where KnewEm left off.... doing much more than just organizing a list of sites for you to register, hoping for a link.

The WTH you're reading and applying for has to do with our delegation system in which a user (in this case, me) will create a linkbuilding project and delegate this work to someone else (you). Once properly setup, you should be able to straight copy/paste the correct information from our UI giving me back some valuable feedback along the way.

Currently I'm averaging about 3-4 minutes for every link placement so I'd like to get 20+ links from those who are participating .. however long that takes you. Hopefully that will compensate decent enough assuming you're as quick with ctrl+c ctrl+v as I am.

I'll be hiring 1-2 people each day from those interested & will reply with the usernames selected during an afternoon post. While very basic SEO knowledge is all that's required, my intent is to hire as diverse group as possible (experience & geographical) so anyone is welcome, all help appreciated.

If you're not interested in workin' for my monies, feel free to play around with the site all the same, it's end result is beneficial to your websites on many levels and you won't be nickle and dime'd to death. It's open registration and has the simple aspiration of being useful.

Thanks to you both for reading and please pardon the construction.

I'm going with

OtocardSerp (because below the radar is like lurking in the shadows where I hang)

for the first day. I've got a few hours of stuff that I've got to get to but I'll be PMing you both later this evening. Thanks in advance for your help and participation.

Tomorrow is a new day and new projects to pass out. Post, PM or whatever ..... but get registered over there as these 2 did and you'll be given priority.

you might want to fix the css for the text fields on your registration and login forms so they have a border. as things stand, i had to basically click around the page until i found where they were so i could sign up ;)

No border is bad border. Sorry to have you fumbling around in the dark but I've got things square now I believe & thanks a million for your feedback.

Very cool idea. I was desperately looking for a service like this because KnowEm has no focus on links, just signing up accounts.

Now, only if you could get that marketplace buzzing with some people who I can outsource this to (hint hint :-)

You nailed it.

The communities have been filtered ... we didn't get every one the first time around but I have included a submission section so users can help with list maintenance. From our experience, less than 1/2 of knowem included a link ... not good enough for me. We strive for 100%.

And about the marketplace: That's exactly why the thread reads the way it does as opposed to screaming buzz words like pre-launch and alpha test. I'd prefer getting some vendors in place so that the marketplace has substance .. then we can all watch prices drop on these high quality links.

(hint hint :-)

Ooh yeah, here's another ... There's no cost to be a vendor or buyer. We stay clear of transactions in order to facilitate an atmosphere that's unique in these circles. Who knows what happens next.
