WTH: Home Improvement Writer - Easy [50$] - Native English Speakers Only

I'm looking for someone who really knows their home improve and can write on subjects such as:

Crown moulding types and ideas
Bulkhead cielings
tray cielings
beamed cielings

and a few more. All in that same 'nichey' category.

If you have previous experience please send in your samples and a short write up about yourself.

The total project will be about 3000-4000 words for 50$, I'm looking for a thorough job and more instructions will be provided.
