Got my package back. For $3 its worth it. I used it for 1 url and have not done any link building towards it. Im at page 3 for the domain so will see what will happen. I pinged them myself however to make sure at least they get looked at.

Most are from foreign EDU and GOV sites. Will have to see how strong they are in the coming weeks but hell $3 cant hurt anything.
