Microsoft generally goes after people that use their copyrighted/trademarked words in domains. Especially those profiting, if I were you I'd go to DP and sell it to someone who is a fool.

Well, I suppose you could create an amazon based site, which exclusively sells xbox live subscriptions.

I wouldn't think they'd attack you aslong as you are morally using that domain.
