- I assume this is a server install. Recommendation for config? VPS? Dedicated Server? Reseller Ok? Shared?

- Do the traffic stats come with any charting/print format capability?

- Any ability to recognize/measure search engine bot activity by site?

- Can this tool deploy specific plugins to all my wordpress installs globally?

- Can this tool deploy wordpress version upgrades globally from within admin?

- This is a single purchase item, or a monthly membership? If single purchase, how many future versions will be provided w/purchase?

In addtion if you have multiple servers is it still possible to manage sites that are spread across different dedicated servers or do you need a license per server and that set of sites within that same server would be managed per license?

Also can you pick a theme and set of plugins and install those in mass. Is it possible to save themes and plugins together as a "site set"? Could you have multiples of those saved to easily launch different setups of sites?

I assume this is a server install. Recommendation for config? VPS? Dedicated Server? Reseller Ok? Shared?

Yep, server install. Dedicated, VPS or shared doesn't matter, and it can be installed on a cheap $5/month Hostgator account if wanted. Obviously dedicated is recommended, so you can do things such as tweak PHP configuration if wanted, but not a requirement.

Requirements are LINUX, PHP v5.1+, mySQL v5+, PHP extensions zlib, gd, mcrypt, mysql, dom, curl, plus about 70MB of disk space. If you'll be using videos, then ffmpeg and mplayer are also required.

Do the traffic stats come with any charting/print format capability?

The xMarkPro statistics don't currently contain and grapbs, but they can be quite easily added in, and I'll add that onto the requested features list. However, Piwik is also pre-installed with one click login, and that does contain many graphs on traffic analytics.

Unfortunately, no. That feature was there, and every 12 hours would change your position in Google, Yahoo, MSN, plus Alexa. Due to serveral data losses, it was lost though. It will be added in with one of the first upgrades though.

After owning a quality software company for five years, I've realized that's the best way to ensure quality customer support, and constant upgrades ensuring you're always running the highest quality software. If you purchase now though, that will be it, and never get dinged with monthly fees.

As for upgrades, basically free lifetime upgrades, as that's simply how the software infrastructure is developed. When we release an upgrade, you can instantly install it with one click via the Maintenance->Package Manager menu. First upgrade probably out within a week, with many of the suggested features in this thread.

No definitive date yet. Once I have incorporation done, with a proper merchant account setup again, plus feel the customer base and software's reputation can handle it, I'll switch.
