Suggestion: if you could include PR in reports, I think your customers would like that. But very happy with this service anyway.

OpLeads Yes, and even the URLs :) Recently we had someone give us 400 URLs for a 1,000 social bookmarks order: 2 bookmarks for each link and some more randomly until we reached 1k :)

Are the usernames unique to the order? I know you said you're using varied usernames but will my username share links with other orders?

Such an awesome service. Placed my first order of 4 200 bookmark packages at 2:22pm today. Received my report at 3:15pm. One of my sites is already in the top 10 (simple micro site though) and wasn't even indexed a few hours ago.

Hopefully I can see some ranking results soon.
 
I just ordered 200 to test it out. Too bad they charge me 20% extra due my location (UK). Oh well, I still like the interface and the price. I believe this will be a great service and I will definitely use it in bulk!
