I don't use anything else other than Paypal. Would it be possible for you to pay with a debit/credit card and tell paypal you don't have an account? I've never had a paypal account closed before so I don't know how it works.

I'll jump in and say that I only started offering this service 4 or 5 days ago, and it's unlikely that any of the links are indexed yet as it normally takes at least a week for them to start trickling in.
This guy is good. I ordered and in a matter of hours, got the report. I randomly checked 25 links and sure enough, my link was there. Even if 1/4 of these links stick its worth it.
Any recommendations on minimum requirements for your site before you entertain the idea of doing a 10,000 link Xrumer blast? In other words, should you wait until your site is a certain age? Should it already have a certain number of backlinks established?
In my experience you really don't have to worry about the site being too new or having too few backlinks, because the profiles take awhile to get indexed and the links accumulate slowly over time. However, if you're concerned you can blast the links to a web 2.0 page that you created and then link from the web 2.0 to your main site.
I've never had a site sandboxed by using xrumer. The links are indexed slowly over time so it's not really an issue. You can create a web 2.0 site, blast the links to that, and link the web 2.0 site to your main site if you're worried.
As far as the number of links people have gotten so far, it's barely been a week since I sold my first package on wickedfire, so it's really too early to tell. Maybe one of my clients can give you an idea though.

I'll wait to see how this impacts my rankings, but I'll order again I think.

what's considered a new domain? I have a domain that is like 9 months old is that still considered new? What about 2 months old?

After asking some questions (and receiving some solid responses) in this thread, I went ahead and ordered the package. The work was done very quickly and rush7645 was very responsive. I got the full report of 10,000 live backlinks and did a random spot-check on several. Everything seemed to be in order. It's too soon to see any results, but so far I'm pleased with the quality of work and turnaround time.
