I was promised that the work would be completed by Wednesday. It's now less than an hour and a half until Thursday. Perhaps the time zones are significantly different, but I don't know. I also had to file a dispute with PayPal and have a refund and then repay this seller via another PayPal address because of "issues" he had with his PayPal account. Very strange. Well, I hope the work gets completed soon.

I had to do the same but paypal didn't accepted the refund, how the hell have to done that?
 
Okay, I'm getting ticked off here. It's now the end of Thursday and there has been absolutely no communication from the seller. He made me do weird shit with PayPal because of his "issues" with his account and he's well over a day late now and there has been absolutely no communication from him. This is why I don't purchase services from people with zero Itrader. It's just not smart. I really hope he didn't run with my money or get arrested or something, because that PayPal thing was just weird. I should have told him to forget it when he wanted me to do all that shit with PayPal.

How the hell are you guys filling a dispute? Everytime I try I get this error:

We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly.

Now PayPal wants me to fill out a "quick survey" about the transaction. I bet they're wondering what the hell is going on just as much as I am. Something's not right here......
 
How much ya wanna bet he got arrested or something? Still no word from the seller and he hasn't even responded to the dispute he told me to raise. I will NEVER buy anything from a seller with 0 Itrader ever again. I don't care how good the deal sounds. Fuck these bitches that refuse to give out free review copies when they have no Itrader or reputation here. It just goes to show you that they're not serious about their service.
