In general Q&A's are good for ranking but OP doesn't answer PM's or e-mails, thus perhaps a good idea to wait with orders until you knows more...
 
Q&A's are good traffic suppliers for certain niches. Certain questions can be informative and help promote a product, as well as pass on SEO value.

I wanted to order from this guy and he refused my site as it wouldn't fit his dynamics. Not sure he/she would have done this if they were looking to scam. My guess is he/she was on selling someone else's service and that service has gone pop! Left them high and dry and now unable to process orders. Happens quite a lot. Why you should pay on delivery rather than up front in my opinion. That or this site should hold the money till the service has been completed. This would put off scammers and mean that money was refunded quickly should there be issues. We all know issues arise guys, after all.
