You think that a 'WF Live Show' or 'Conference Call' once a month is a good idea?

I remember that Jon had plans a while ago to do radio show episodes, but stopped after his beta pilot episode.

I think it's still a great idea to do something like that with or without invited guests maybe once a month, whereby WF forum members call a toll free number for example in order to participate in a discussion (like a conference call). Each time discussion will be about a different subject and before live episode we can start a thread where members can post subjects/issues they like to discuss, etc. for that particular episode!

I am a regular visitor of Webmasteradio.fm & listening to live episodes gives me always plenty of great information, new ideas I want to develop, etc. Besides visiting WF, this is how I gather information mainly! It is a different way of interacting with each other which sometimes is even more personal and a better way to express yourself then a forum. This might be a great
added value for WF regarding my opinion!!

What is your opinion here? :)
 


I think it's a great idea. I listen to WebmasterRadio as well and it is a great way to gather new information. A WF Radio show would be fun and I don't see how it couldn't be informative with all the people on here :)

I would love it, but agree that it would take some coordination because of timezones and such. What about a live chatroom?

That's because WF has more of a draw then going back to bed with the wife/gf, or bottle (John's case).

I also think it would be cool to have a WF radio show eventually.

Well, I like to combine things: chatting on WF with a cool glass of beer :drinkup: & in my breaks I will see if my wife is still awake heh! ;)
 
When the forum has a lot more active members in about a year or less, then I will re-think it, but for now, I'm not interested in putting the extra work involved into it.

I could see a live chat room getting clogged up fast especially if most of the wives/gf are asleep and there's a full bottle or a case of beer around!

At risk of exposing how extreme I really am-can chat rooms be closed yet viewed? If Wicked Fire had a chat room by invite to limit the number chatting, could others watch it? If that isn't possibe and to deal with the time difference challenge, could the chat be copied to read later by others?

Jon, I know you are busy with current projects but maybe something "live" under our Christmas Tree or to start the new year off with? To be fair, what do you want under your tree?
