Your Opinions of Ad Desk?

looking for some honest opinions here guys...has anyone used ad desk and what experiences have you had on there recently? Would you use ad desk over another platform ? If not, why? Thanks!

I'm pretty curious myself , I haven't personally used but would LOVE to hear some user feedback on it! I heard they were recently doing some Sign-up promos @ adtech so this could be big biz for them !!
