Since we mentioned computer games being a complete waste of time, what the hell, what are your top 5 favorite games. Games you enjoyed playing the most, not necessarily the ones your played the most.

Here are mine:

Day of Defeat - beta, circa 2002 or so; Screw Medal of Honor.
Commander Keen Episode 1: Marooned on Mars - I couldn't and still can't play Mario for shit, beat this game when I was in 4th grade
Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War - This is the most fun and innovative RTS game I've ever played. Gigantic demons skewering enemy foot soldiers with generous amounts of blood? This has it.
Legend of the Red Dragon - Nothing beats vintage BBS games. First played this on an original IBM PC with a green monochrome screen.
Hitman - The first was a total blast to play. Ragdoll physics years before they became the norm.

Hmm...

Halflife 2 - Great Story, good storytelling arch especially in the bug level.

Day of Defeat - I second that

Virus - before your time, kids

Max Payne 1&2 - Violence Galore

Turrican - All of them.

Anouther Day of Defeat fan here... we should start a wickedfire server ;) I also like GTA:SA, CS:S, and random small flash games.

1. Starcraft/Broodwar (I'll play anyone here for money, with odds, probably 10:1 odds. Msg me if interested)
2. World of Warcraft (most enjoyable from first levels 1-30 or so)
3. Betrayal at Krondor (Very old RPG game but incredibly enjoyable)
4. TFC (Team Fortress Classic)
5. Commander Keen 1 and 4

Sweet, did you guys play the Day of Defeat beta? I like Day of Defeate Source but some of the balancing Valve did I find annoying.

Used to play DoD back when it was still a mod of CS. now I am playing DOD Source, cause I am a grafx junkie.

Sid Meier's Civilization II
Castles (on Mac back in about 1993)
Madden 2005 on XBox (like it more than 06 and 07)
Fuzion Frenzy (Shittiest XBox360 game ever, but I love it)
Every MegaMan ever made

Anyone played deus ex? Def my number one, awesome storyline and gameplay. Shame about the second one.

Piece of... would not run on my machine (hell if I know why) and everyone kept telling me how great it was.

Maybe I should try it again.
