YPN and USA traffic

So I've heard YPN bans people for having non-US traffic.

However, one of my sites has a really annoying numbers of ads like this:

"Sewer rats to China - all cities"
"Sewer rats delivered throughout England"
"Sewer rats in Canada"

They serve us non-US ads but we can't send non-US traffic? Whaaaa?

Yeah, it's like the highest paying niche EVER, $15/click if it's a nickel.

I don't know, but it beats giving away my actual niche.

I should have mentioned it's an arbi site. I suppose I could be a sewer rat hobbyist or something... but, no, I was kidding, and I felt like replacing my niche keyword with something more interesting than "keyword goes here."
