YPN Targeted ads changing for no reason?

So I have this niche set up with YPN ads.. for the first few hours i double checked the arbi site and saw that the ads were targeted correctly..

I went out to dinner came home and checked to see what the site looks like on a different sized monitor (just got done redesigning the layout) and for some reason the ads are totally untargeted.

Any reason with this?

At first I thought maybe it was cus of the layout change.. but I checked the other site I updated the layout on and the ads are still targeted.

Could be the daily budget was reached for the ads you were seeing earlier
