Was working on a client's site earlier, had to connect the kblinker redirect script to their master database on a dedicated box. So naturally had to make sure that the requesting server had remote permission into mysql. Tried adding the domain, no go, so I checked out the error.

Code:
Host 'atl1.powermonster.net' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

well I got it working now, but I can't help but wonder if zensix is merely a reseller account at powermonster, and I know Subigo prides himself on not overselling the account's reasources, but does powermonster?

Doesn't really affect my client any, since shared hosting is shared hosting, and its just a lander, but I'm just wondering if Zensix garantees are the same as Powermonster's garantee (since one wouldn't be worth much if the primary company can't back it up).

(or maybe there's some special 'super reseller' arrangement, all I know is past searches, only mentioned working with a guy from there.)

We started off sharing the server with them when it was a hybrid (reseller>vps>etc). We mainly did it as a test for this offer: http://www.wickedfire.com/sell-buy-...rectadmin-accounts-10-year-only-50-avail.html

We've talked about it a few times here and on twitter: Twitter / ZenSix Hosting: @iansltx And that company ...

We've had all kinds of crazy set ups since we started. It just kind of depends on when you sign up and for what plan. And I can't speak for what they do on other servers, but the one your account is definitely not oversold.
