I do and I think most people do. I have heard of some people putting adsense on their aff landing pages though.

Update. It was because the e-mail I was using had "offers" in the domain. It's up. If I lose my account I will only lose $5, so no worries for me.

ok cool. I'm running some through 7search, I'll let you know if it works out.

I was running 2 zip code submit and 1 ebay affiliate and nothing has converted at all. I just took them down. I'm sure it is possible, but not for my lame ass. Keep us updated though.

i did very well earlier this year with the zip code offers - sometimes made a couple of hundred a day....i was paying $0.01 per visitor and had a 50-100% ROI. problem is the price for the traffic went to $0.015 or $0.02 per click and then my ROI was zero.

how could it be $0.015? was this ppc traffic or something different?

more of an impression based ad purchase via adbrite....

i guess i should clarify - i was paying $0.01 per person who viewed a full page ad for the zip code offer....i guess technically not ppc...

I tried that and had a terrible conversion.

Try making landing pages with multiple offers. If you are doing household stuff ot gift cards. Doing 4-6 will increase your overall conversion rates as they may not be interested in Home Depot per se, but Walmart = YES!

Both of my ads were flagged and deleted. Got 9 impressions on my zip only and about 10 e-mails looking for a date.

Oh well. It was worth a shot.

make sure you match the niche of the offer with the site you are advertising on....

i was routinely doing 1:50 earlier this year...but as i mentioned once the pricing went up i had to stop the campaign...

just for the heck of it i tried a campaign over the weekend....1 did 1:400 with a free ipod offer (this was a email, not zip code submit). that was neg ROI as you can guess.

btw, many of the affiliate companies do not let you bid on trademarked terms via ppc for those offers....
