I must give credit here though, this list is nicked from SerpIQ. Forgot to give credit in the Louey thread and I've felt guilty ever since.
Also these days it's all about keeping it natural (or so we are all being told). I try and make sure that every single one of the listed items above is relevant to the page and not spammy. I'm trying to make sure I only use the headers where it would make a positive impact to the users readability.
EDIT: I've just posted in my thread some good advice from Aim100's thread. I wouldn't bother outsourcing the logo (I don't use it anymore). Instead just find the big competitors, use the same font (or similar - It can be found through online tools) and suitable colours and just make your own text-based logo. I'm not sure that vectors are needed in most niches, someone else pointed out that most of the big brands just use simple text.
