Just because this cracked me up :-)

I am perplexed that so many of my friends are against a mosque being built near Ground Zero. I think it should be the goal of every American to be tolerant. The mosque should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.

That is why I also propose, that two gay nightclubs be opened next door to the mosque thereby promoting tolerance within the mosque. We could call the clubs "The Turban Cowboy" and "You Mecca Me So Hot".

Next door should be a butcher shop that specializes in pork and have an open barbeque with spare ribs as its daily special. Across the street a very daring lingerie store called "Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret” with sexy mannequins in the window modeling the goods.

Next door to the lingerie shop, there would be room for an Adult Toy Shop (Koranal Knowledge?), its name in flashing neon lights, and on the other side a liquor store, maybe call it "Morehammered"?
If you agree in promoting tolerance and you think this is a good plan, pass it on.

I live a few blocks away from both the intended site of development and ground zero. You'd never even know there was an epic debate going on if you didn't see it on tv or in the paper. Its all business as usual here and its as if everyone outside of this area cares far more than the people living here.

If they want a mosque? Let 'em build it.
If they want a community center? Let 'em build it.
If they want a Jihad center for recruiting? Let 'em build it.

All this coming from a Jew.

Mind you, the feds are gonna be tapped into their shit 24/7 regardless, so why the hell not??
 
but, if you say about building mosque..I totally agree with you. A mosque is a building just for praise a pray, right? like we had our church and the Buddhist had their own temple. As I ever saw a mosque, its pretty open which mean we can see through inside the building because it is not brick-wall-ed.
 
Freedom of religion and prayer. Let them have it. Everyone is making a huge deal out of it and they not only don't live in the area, but won't even be around it. I promise, the feds and NYPD down here are pretty fuckin good at what they do post-9/11.
